in the year 1998, as a Promoter & Builder & now taken up the work of civil
Construction also. It is a sistern concern of Lancy Construction. Lancy Construction
was established in the year 1973. Since then it has never looked back. It has reached
new heights every year. It has created many landmarks - like construction work done
at Bangalore, Goa, Dakshina kannada, Uttara Kannada, Hassan, Mysore, Kerala etc.

Born on 13th February 1949 to Mr.
Francis Mascarenhas & Mrs. Carmine Mascarenhas at Derebail. Early Education
at Milagres High School, then Electric course at Karnataka Poly Technic. He is also
a good sportsman. He is a volley ball player and coach of St. Agnes volley ball
team. He is also a state level player in Athletics.
